Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your items to you as soon as we can, within the times specified below, but some deliveries are taking a little longer than usual at the moment. We aim to keep you updated every step of the way.

Parasol & Small Furniture items - Delivery £15.00 UK Mainland: Up to 5 working days. Orders will be delivered via DPD.

Parasol Base (Heavy 30Kg) & Large items - Delivery £30 UK Mainland: Up to 5 working days. Orders will be delivered via DPD.

Click & Collect - Free Collect for free from our Store : Up to 5 working days.

Delivery To Other Lovely Places Including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands And Islands, And All International Deliveries:

Returns (Online Store Only)

We want you to pleased and happy with your order. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied or have changed your mind with your purchase, that’s ok, you can return to us within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition and in original packaging. In the unfortunate event that your purchase has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24hours of delivery. For Faulty goods you have a right to a full refund up to 28 days after purchase.

Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Unused, with original packaging and any swing tags, seals in place.

With the exception of faulty goods The Balinese Trading Company is not responsible for the cost of returning product. Please obtain proof of posting and proof of receipt as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
It is recommended for your own protection they are sent insured to the full value.

Please allow 10 working days for us to receive your return and communicate receipt of goods.

Missing Items

Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods if there is an item missing from your order.

Damaged or Faulty

We really do pride ourselves in taking care when preparing your item for delivery. Sometimes issue due occur. Should this be the case please call our customer services team immediately so that we can help resolve the issue.
